The room was super basic, and the vending machine tea was a letdown.

Great-sized units with balcony. Good location in Coimbra close enough to restaurants nearby and urban buses stop. Also, across the river...

More fun than I expected!
This place exceeded my expectations! The location was fantastic-stroll across the river to charming restaurants and shops. The large, spacious superior double room offered a fine view and comfortable amenities. The breakfast buffet? An absolute delight with plenty of variety. Plus, the friendly staff made everything even better!

Handsome, smartly dressed and friendly staff was a good start even if having to wait 25 minutes before we could check in due to a fussy couple they were dealing with. The hotel is a newly renovated house, so everything is spic and span, and the location is really great, just across the bridge leading into the town centre. There was free parking close by, but places are sought after, so you may not be lucky. Breakfast was adequate. My only remark is that I have a different view of what a suite should look like, but have no complaints because the price was very good.

The staff/service was very professional and courteous. The rooms were comfortable, clean and modern. The key reason for staying was the hotels location. It was close enough to the center of the city to be near everything, while being on the quiet 'outskirts'. The hotel also sits along the riverbank, so it makes for a nice, peaceful view. I was also able to visit the Santa Clara Convent which was only steps away and there was also a children's park, Portugal dos Pequenitos, within a 5 minute walk. Affordable, professional and excellent service. I would strongly recommend Riversuites for anyone's stay.

The room was clean and cozy, with a charming city view. Unfortunately, noise from the street made it hard to sleep at times.

Very clean and walking distance to some attractions. A great price for such a beautiful hotel and location. I will definitely take the family next time and walk over to Portugal dos pequeninos.

Very clean, modern, friendly staff, good price, ..... Overall, everything is good :)
Actually it is not that problem, but It will be better if they put more things on breakfast (at least eggs).

The shower head stand was broken and I had to hold it, just lovely, and there was that mysterious 1 euro tax per person. I almost left a good review, but the noise from the corridor kept me awake, ruining my stay. I expected a complimentary gesture for such inconveniences.

The Double Basic Room was cozy and clean. Enjoyed the great view of the river from the window. Added a nice touch. The mattress could've been a bit better, though, as I felt it was slightly lacking in comfort. The noise from the street could get annoying at night, but it wasn't a total dealbreaker.

Location is superb! Easy stroll across the bridge to shops and eateries. Clean room and a solid breakfast buffet to start the day right.
The bathroom was so tiny I could've held a dance contest in the hallway instead! And good luck trying to avoid the noisy corridor-earplugs, anyone?

The free parking was a lifesaver, letting us explore the area without any hassle. I also enjoyed the cozy lounge and fantastically equipped game room to unwind after a long day. The breakfast could've had a bit more variety, but it didn't take away from the overall great experience. Just grab a coffee at one of the cafes nearby ☕️
